1. Professional Standard & Scope

Interior Planner operates as an interior architecture and turnkey fit-out enterprise headquartered in New York, USA. All contractual agreements, 3D digital deliverables, and material procurement specifications comply with American Institute of Architects (AIA) standards.

2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All conceptual renderings, CAD files, material boards, and architectural drawings created by Interior Planner remain our proprietary intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under written contract.

3. Client Retainers, Milestones & Warranties

Project fee schedules are divided into predefined phases (Concept, Detailed Design, Tender & Permitting, Fit-out Execution). Workmanship warranties and post-occupancy care are guaranteed under our comprehensive contractor warranty program.
